Was it you who spoke the words that things would happen but not to me
Oh things are gonna happen naturally
Oh taking your advice I'm looking on the bright side
And balancing the whole thing
But often times those words get tangled up in lines
And the bright lights turn to night
Until the dawn it brings
Another day to sing about the magic that was you and me

Don't let school get in the way of education. hello. i'm in an unusually good mood now. I missed lessons to assist S in PESA, which by the way, she got into semi-finals. I was really glad. Quite sad that Mrs. B couldn't join us. Aah! She said she wanted to bring her kid! I could have sat at a distance - and watched her kid! Oh, and I saw lots of eye-candy at the competition place! HOTNESS! okok, i shall shut up now, but seriously, HOTNESS!! and I kinda was staring at this guy's shoes, he was a teacher and his shoes are so cool! I love his shoes. the speakers were quite ok, the sec 2 gavel ppl doodled on my blue book, I still have their drawings! Lol, they're nice. S did her prepared speech and it was super funny. She kinda changed the script last minute and beatboxed her way through the end. Impromptu was something about Santa Claus and how she loves her parents and her parents love her. Lol! If only her parents heard her speech! I'm really tired, don't really want to eat. I think the last thing I ate was the snickers ice-cream at YMCA building. Yeah! I shall try to lose weight! Try to. Everyone knows I lack self-discipline. bleah. So sad, I can't see the next competition - the semi-finals! I got to go for some crap ballroom dancing course.. Mind you, I suck at dancing. I'm trying to multi-task now, but it's not really working. There's like, 6 windows opened in my com, bleah. Oh, and please go read the post on Tinaes's blog! The "We're indian and we're gay" post, super funny! I was laughing to myself! And plus, his mom can COOK! omg, i was drooling when i saw the food! See! Can you see how deprived I am of home-cooked meals? The only time I eat a decent home-cooked meal is when I go to Siv's house. What a wreck I am.Oh, AND I LOST LUIS'S PICTURE! help! I can't function properly! I lost it at YMCA! Waah! Seriously, when something oozing hotness like that gets out my hands, I can't stop thinking about it! So sad. Anyway, Sardine's class is having a class shoe! So cool, right! Wow, they are really creative, I've heard of class tees, but class shoes? Who'd ever thought of that. Mrs. B's so cool! Lol! She always joking and her kid is so super cute. I bet when she grows up, she gonna be a model with brains! Like super smart and super pretty! What a combination! Like cereal and cheese, huh, Tinaes? Lol. Ok, i just rmbed that I have lots of homework and projects to do. I think I'm in a slacky mood now. I shall slack today. I'm a very slacky person. correction. I'm a very slacky prefect. It's fun to slack. Crap. I think all my friends slackiness are rubbing off me.But it's good, i think. I'm not so worked up now. Hmm. I just finished a poem in record time. 1min 24 sec. lol, I timed myself.BacktoSchool
This place I enter These walls I see Awakening from a deep slumber Mourning to a great degree
I trudge along the war-torn corridor In silence, still deafening Memories of the ideas we bore Memories still lingering.
Now all we have are uniformed minds Nothing original No identity Wished you could have seen the signs? Pleading you to leave, still dismal Wished you had left, still having your dignity?
Now you’re one of us. Living, breathing, An army of no individuality Tangled with bars and chains of rust Marching, Obeying Going with the System
